It is sometimes necessary to contact me for special package information. Discount codes can be applied to certain purchases and the payment amount will show on the checkout page.

License for Number of Users: These files are normally intended for use on a single terminal connected to a single computer (i.e., single CPU). Order for workgroup of 3 to 15 users within the same organization shall be priced at 3 x single user total. Order for more than 15 users within an organization shall be priced at 5 x the single user total.

Media & Delivery: The preferred method of delivery is a zipped file by download link. If requested, I can send a zipped file by e-mail attachment or a CD with unzipped files by postal mail. The size of the MAIN SUITE of 36 files is currently under 40 MB (or 9.1 MB zipped).

Updates & Upgrades: Previous customers, who made purchase within the past 12 months, may contact me for a download link or a discount code for purchasing updates & upgrades. Some previous customers will qualify for free updates. Discounts will range from 50% to 80%, depending on number of days since purchase was made. There is no discount after 12 months of original purchase date. Recent updates

Payment Methods: You can pay the license fee over the Internet with any major credit card, Google, PayPal, check (cheque or bank draft) or cash. You can send email directly to me to arrange for payment by check.

Google and PayPal are secure ways to send money online. Paypal is available in at least 190 countries and regions. Multiple currencies are exchanged by PayPal. You do not have to register with PayPal to send money using your major credit card.

Shipping and Handling Costs: Shipping a CD by the Postal Service to all locations will be paid by PipingOffice. However, customers requiring shipment by a courier service, such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, will be charged for the full handling and shipping costs. Example of cost to ship with DHL to Middle East may exceed US $145 (as of March 1, 2008). Shipping will be done promptly by PipingOffice after receipt of payment.

Tax: Tennessee state tax: Add 9.25 percent to total only if purchasing from an address in the state of Tennessee, USA. Foreign taxes are not collected by PipingOffice.
